Coconut oil is solid at room temperature and is excellent as a moisturizer and skin softener. It is an oil of choice for making high-quality soaps. When solid, coconut oil is white, but once heated, it is a light yellow liquid. It has a natural coconut scent. We use it for soap making, cosmetics, hair preparations, and pie making.
 If taken in hand, it will melt creating a protective oily barrier on the skin which will be absorbed fairly quickly.
 Do not use on the face if it is prone to acne. All our products are for external use only.
