Like a mask:

Take 1/4 tablespoon, massage onto clean, damp skin until the mud begins to dry around 5-7 min. Rinse it well. Finish with moisturizer. Use on face and/or body 3 times a week.

As an exfoliant:

Take 1/4 tablespoon, massage onto clean hands, apply to damp skin, and massage gently. Rinse well with warm water and finish with moisturizer. Use on face and/or body 3 times a week.
